Scalp & Hair Health Shampoo Bar

This bar is formulated to clean and nourish hair and scalp. It naturally stabilizes hair from becoming too oily or too dry. The blended oils in this formula are designed to bring healthy function back to your scalp, hair follicles, hair shaft and balance sebum production. Camellia Seed Oil is called “The Secret of the Geishas”. Camellia Seed Oil helps with over-processed hair and split-ends. Rosehip Seed Oil restores shine and softness to damaged hair. Jojoba oil is actually classified as a wax. It is very similar to human sebum that your body excretes to lubricate the hair follicle and shaft. It penetrates the cuticle, thus lubricating and preventing breakage of the shaft. Neem strengthens keratin, the substance of which hair and nails are made. It also promotes circulation, which in the scalp may help to keep hair follicles healthy and promote growth and strength in hair. Horsetail Grass contains a large amount of Silica. Silica stimulates new hair growth, increases volume and repairs split ends. Modern studies indicate that burdock root and basil extracts are rich in phytosterols which are required for a healthy scalp and natural hair growth.

This bar produces great lather, so a very small amount is all that is necessary. We recommend rinsing the foam from the bar immediately after lathering your hair, then allow the bar to dry. If you follow this rule a bar will outlast a large bottle of chemical shampoo. Remember, the chemical shampoo is 65-80% water!!! The use of a non-chemical conditioner may still be necessary, but reduce the amount used by 50-75%. Many customers report no longer needing any conditioner after a few weeks use! You’ll notice your cuticles improving, just from shampooing and you’ll also notice much less hair on the shower floor, because it won’t be falling out anymore.

The essential oils are chosen for their therapeutic properties, not scent. It does leave a very mild, fresh scent that fades quickly. This bar produces tremendous volume, body and shine to all hair types. It can be used on colored hair. Some customers have told us their color lasted longer with this bar.

Ingredients: 5% Superfatting mixture of; Camellia Seed Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Flaxseed Oil, Shea Butter, Neem Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Jojoba Wax, Apricot Kernel Oil, Castor Oil, Sunflower Oil, Virgin Coconut Oil, Sesame Seed Oil and Horsetail Grass, Dried Basil, Burdock Root, Dried Mango, Sodium Lactate (sugar beets) and Triple Pressed Vegetable Stearic Acid from palm added to a base of; Coconut Oil, Soya Bean Oil, Filtered Water, Sodium Hydroxide. “Purpose Blended” Essential Oils of: Sweet Orange, Lemon, Tangerine, Japanese Peppermint and Tunisian Rosemary.
