Take a small dab and rub onto the effected area. If the area(s) are already inflamed and weeping you may want to use the following directions; Simply apply a liberal amount to the affected area(s) to create a "mask" that will "skin over" the area.

You may wrap with plastic wrap (saran wrap) or a bandage wrap to keep the balm from rubbing off the skin. You will notice itching waning within 5-20 minutes. Leave on overnight or for at least 4 hours. The longer the skin can absorb the balm the faster the results. The second application can be covered with 2-3 wraps of gauze bandage wrap, but plastic wrap is best.

If schedule allows, leave the balm on for at least 4 hours, remove bandage wrap and reapply balm as before and recover with new bandage wrap for an additional 4-8 hours. The affected area should have ceased weeping and itching. You should be able to apply a small amount of balm at this point without any bandage covering. This will keep the balm in contact with the skin and allow all of the balm to be absorbed, producing amazingly fast results!
